We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (Orders over A$50): Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Bath Mats & Bath Towels (once removed from packaging)
• Bed Linen & Bed Sheets (if packaging is opened)
• Aprons (if used)
• Candles & Fragrance items (once sealed packaging is opened)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Do not send anything back without a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

5.4 Refunds

After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
